Significant investment for Parallels planned
Canada-based Corel has announced that it has acquired the virtualization software company Parallels best known for its virtual desktop software.
The company now offers the complete Parallels product line including Parallels Desktop for Mac, Parallels Toolbox for Windows and Mac, Parallels Access, Parallels Mac Management for Microsoft SCCM and Parallels Remote Application Server (RAS).
Corel and Parallels will deliver applications and services intended to empower users across a wide variety of platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile and the cloud.
Complementary product portfolios
Corel's CEO Patrick Nichols praised the deal in a statement announcing the acquisition, saying:

From our highly complementary product portfolios to our shared business models and strategies, Corel and Parallels are a great fit. Thanks to the combined power of our technologies and teams, we see tremendous opportunities to drive continued growth and success for our businesses and most importantly, our customers.”

There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game. Both boys and girls feel the impact of just a moment’s pleasure, for the rest of their lives.
